Current turn-around time: 3-5 weeks
A medium restyle includes:
- Disinfecting the wigcap
- Detangling
- (Partial) rollerset if necessary
- Firm up teasing for bangs
- Clean up around hairline
- Deconstruct and re-do certain areas
- Tule/net braids/updo’s where needed
The price depends on the style. We’ve divided the most popular styles into different categories listed below. If the style you’re looking for is not listed, please contact us to get a quote.
We ONLY accept heat-resistant wigs!

Please send us an email with pictures of the current state of your wig and who the original maker is. This way we can verify if the level of restyle chosen is appropriate for the current state of your wig. If it arrives in worse condition than agreed upon, there will be additional charges to cover the necessary services, or your wig will be returned and a 75% refund will be returned. If your wig is originally made by us, you’ll get 10% off by using discountcode ‘OUAWBrestyle’. Please include proof of purchase to the email.
For clients overseas: it might be cheaper to send your wig out without a wighead and to buy one from us to ship back one.
For shipping:
Please make sure your wig is with us at least 2 weeks before your slot. Please ship your wig on a wighead. IMPORTANT if you ship from overseas: mark your wig "for repair" at the customs form! This is important to not have additional custom charges. Please mark the value at €20 or less to avoid custom charges. In case of custom charges, they will be charged before I can accept the package.
If wig arrives in worse condition than we were aware of, I reserve the right to charge for the additional time required to complete the wig. If this situation comes up, we will give you 3 options:
- Complete the restyle with additional charges
- Refuse additional charges, have your wig returned in the same state and have 75% of the restyle fee refunded
- Replace wig with new one for additional charges
Wigs will not be shipped back until fully paid for. If the wig seems unsalvageable, we will advice option 3. We have only had this happen once, most wigs can be restored.
* These listings are based on averages. If your wig is in worse than average condition, please contact us before purchasing to see if the state of your wig requires extra work and will need additional charges.
