Shipping policy

All orders that include ready to ship wigs, in stock base wigs and/or in stock products are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. This excludes pre-orders and commissions; our processing time is clearly stated on our website at the time of your order. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Our advice is to 

Include any other pertinent information towards the beginning, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
