Cinderella restyle

Please read full description before purchasing a restyle slot!

A standard restyle* includes:

• Detangling and taking down the style
• Washing and refurbishing the wig
• Restyling the wig

After purchasing, please email us with the following information:

• The original seller/last restyler
• When the wig was purchased/last restyled
• Pictures that clearly show the current state of the wig

We ONLY accept heat resistant wigs!

We will reply to your email with the adress to ship your wig to and the deadline we need it to be in by to be in time for your booked slot.

The price of a restyle is 50% of the price of a new wig for that character, assuming the wig is still in a decent state; a few tangles are to be expected, but when a wig is completely matted there will be additional charges. Additional charges will include, but not limited to, wigs that need a cut, de-matting, etc.

For shipping:

Please make sure your wig is with us at least 2 weeks before your slot. Please ship your wig on a wighead. IMPORTANT if you ship from overseas: mark your wig "for repair" at the customs form! This is important to not have additional custom charges. 

If wig arrives in worse condition than we were aware of, I reserve the right to charge for the additional time required to complete the wig. If this situation comes up, we will give you 3 options:

1. Complete the restyle with additional charges
2. Refuse additional charges, have your wig returned in the same state and have the restyle fee refunded
3. Replace wig with new one for additional charges

Wigs will not be shipped back until fully paid for. If the wig seems unsalvagable, we will advice option 3. We have only had this happen once, most wigs can be restored.

* These listings are based on averages. If your wig is in worse than average condition, please contact us before purchasing to see if the state of your wig requires extra work and will need additional charges.
